Dr. Kamwend holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing management and a master’s in theology. He is a business coach and entrepreneur focused on wealth creation for shareholders and stakeholders, with a strictly business-driven approach to growth and success.
He has served as President Coordinator of H.E. Félix Tshisekedi’s united sacred South Africa political parties coalition electoral campaign in the diaspora, supporting the President’s reelection as head of state. His Pan-African vision emphasizes investments that create jobs for the poorest in both the DRC and South Africa.
Kamwend’s organization has grown into a diversified entity with interests in mining, real estate, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, hospitality, and charity. His immediate objectives include establishing sustainable business units while supporting President Tshisekedi’s development and investment vision.
Mrs. Kena Mukala

Kena Mukala, a devoted wife and mother of four, is the visionary force behind Skin and Slimming Aesthetic Clinic – Sandton. With over a decade of experience as a somatologist trained at the University of Johannesburg, she has specialized in a wide array of skin and body therapies, working at leading institutions across South Africa.
Passionate about body contouring and slimming, she combines deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition with advanced technologies such as Velashape I–III and Endermologie. Her expertise ensures holistic results for clients seeking medically managed skincare and weight loss solutions.
Today, Kena and her team are certified in multiple cutting-edge treatments including Syneron Velashape, micro-needling, the HCG Weight Loss Program, and Nimue Skincare Technology. Her clinic embodies excellence and innovation, delivering trusted programs that have stood the test of time.
